How can I return products?

Not happy with your purchase after all? Then please notify us within 14 days of receiving your product via the online returns form.

How can I download my invoice?

Do you have a PhysioSupplies account? Then your invoice is easy to view and download via the order overview in your account. If you do not have an account, it is possible to download your invoice by filling in the below.

Can I also order if I don't have a company?

Yes, you can. When you pay, you can choose between paying as a private or business customer.

What if I can't find a product on PhysioSupplies

Despite the wide range of PhysioSupplies, it is of course possible that you are not be able to find the product you are looking for on our website. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we would like to receive your product request by email or by telephone. Our product specialists will then check to see whether we can deliver the product in question, or perhaps a similar product.

How do I request a quote?

If you would like to receive a quote for one or more products, please contact us by telephone or send an email to info@physiosupplies.eu. We will send you a free quote as soon as possible.

If you are looking for a product, but cannot find it on our website, you may contact us at any time. Our product specialists and account managers will then check on your behalf to see whether we can deliver the product in question, or perhaps a similar product.

Can I pick up my order at PhysioSupplies

PhysioSupplies has strong transport partners and is able to deliver quickly. If you would like to pick up the product in Groningen, please contact us via info@physiosupplies.eu and on telephone number +31 50 549 2206, we will then schedule an appointment for you to pick up the product. You can pick it up at Sylviuslaan 9, 9728 NS Groningen. Some items are always sent from our foreign distribution centre to the customer. These are usually large products and therefore cannot be collected. Once you have sent us a pick-up request, our customer service team will inform you if and when the product can be collected.

Can I receive my order abroad?

Yes, we deliver worldwide and are specialized in shipping within Europe. You can specify the international delivery address when placing your order and we will ensure that the package is delivered there. The shipping costs for international delivery differ from the shipping costs within the Netherlands. The standard shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are € 4.50 and € 4.95 respectively. For other countries within the EU, shipping costs start at € 7.50. For deliveries outside the EU, we charge shipping costs from € 120. The exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping basket.

Can I also order on account?

We offer the possibility to pay afterwards with Afterpay. You can choose this option in your shopping basket.
For regular customers, payment on account is possible. You will then receive an invoice after shipment.

What is the delivery time of my order?

PhysioSupplies delivers on Monday to Saturday. Products that are in stock are usually delivered the following day after payment. Products that are not in stock are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Should it occur that ordered products have a longer delivery time, then we will always inform you within 8 working hours.

How can I track my order?

In order to track the status of your order, please check the track and trace email that you will have received after the order was shipped.

Can I still change my details after placing an order?

Did you make a mistake while placing your order? For example, by entering the wrong name or address? Please call our customer service team a.s.a.p. on the number (dynamic number per country). If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will help you to amend the details.

Can I exchange or return a product if it does not meet my expectations?

Yes, this is possible within 14 days after receipt of your product. You can report this to us via the online returns form.

Returns are allowed, but only in original condition and packaging.
Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Please read here for more about returns.

How long is my warranty?

We generally offer a 2-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. Your product should not break during the first 2 years of normal use.
If this does happen, we will repair or replace your product free of charge.
For some products, we even offer more than 2 years warranty.

Is your product defective? Then send us an email with photos and a description of the defect.
Has the problem occurred within the warranty period and is it a manufacturing defect? Then the repair is completely free of charge. However, should the defect be caused by our own fault, we can still help you with the repair.
