CrossFit training

CrossFit training involves a combination of different training styles, such as cardiovascular training, strength training and stretching exercises. This avoids unilateral training, since CrossFit does not focus on any particular form of training. CrossFit adherents do not use standard fitness (gym) equipment. Instead, CrossFit utilizes different exercise equipment such as plyometric boxes (plyo-boxes), drawbars and/or sandbags.
