RMA Request

14 days return policy

You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this period a product may be returned, provided that the product is unused and in the original and undamaged packaging. If these 14 days have passed, the return guarantee has expired and no return request is possible.


Return shipment

The costs for the return shipment are for own account, unless PhysioSupplies has delivered a wrong or defective product. In this case, contact PhysioSupplies to initiate the return shipment.

If you want to return the product because the product does not meet the requirements, please fill in the return form below. The risk (damage or lost) of the return shipment is for you. Save the shipping receipt. Expensive products can be sent by registered or insured.

If a product is returned while it does not meet the return requirements, such as a used product or damaged packaging, the product will not be received, but returned to the customer. PhysioSupplies will then not refund the purchase price.


Refund

After receipt of the return shipment, PhysioSupplies will refund the purchase price within 14 days. If the entire shipment is returned, then the shipping costs (not the return costs) will also be refunded. A product exchange is not possible. You must place a new order with us yourself.


Defective product

Do you buy a product, and does it break too quickly? According to the law, the product is then faulty. If so, you are entitled to a new product or a repair. Please contact customer service. There are exceptions. Certain products have no / a shorter warranty because it is an outlet product. If this is the case, this is mentioned in the product text. This product can therefore not be returned.
