Shipping Rates & Policies

Delivery Time

• Small packages: Products in stock are able to be delivered within Europe in 3 to 5 workings after payment. Other consignments and a delivery outside Europe is able in 5 to 10 working days. Delivery will always take place on working days from Monday to Friday.
• Big packages: Packages heavier than 100kg, for example massage tables and fitness instruments, will be delivered on appointment. Delivery will always take place on working days from Monday to Friday.
• Out of stock: When a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible the product is in stock again. We then will try to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.

DHL SHIPPING

Most products are sent via DHL. As soon as your order is sent, we will notify you via Email. In this Email you will find a link to track your packages online. 
If desired you can as well state your office address as delivery address.

Delivery of large packages

Big packages will be sent via DHL, DPD or DGO.

When you are not at home

In case of you not beeing home, DHL will try a second time, to deliver the package on the following working day and even a third time, the day after. DHL will try three times to deliver. If you miss the consignment, you can pick up your packet within 2 weeks at the service point of DHL. You will be informed in a notice from DHL.

Delivery from another warehouse

When a product is temporarily out of stock, we will ship this product from another location. The delivery company may differ from DHL.

Shipping Costs

Our system calculates the shipping costs automatically, when you enter your personal data in the "Checkout" section. It is calculated based on the country and location. By leaving the desired products in your shopping cart, you are always given a notice about your current shipping costs.
