Gymstick Aqua

The Gymstick Aqua is available with five different resistances. When using a heavier resistances, the exercise becomes harder to perform. The different resistances all start at 1 kg. The different lies in the way the elastic bands can be stretched. When a tubing has heavier resistance, it is harder to stretch it to the same point as another one.

The elastic tubings are easy to attach to the Gymstick Aqua. Every resistance has its own colour, to make it easier to keep the different tubings apart. The following resistances are available:

• 1-10 kg (green)
• 1-15 kg (blue)
• 1-20 kg (black)
• 1-25 kg (silver)
• 1-30 kg (gold)

With help of the Gymstick Aqua, exercises can be performed in different areas, like power, stability, cardio and flexibility. Because of the elastic resistance, you don’t need gravity to train. This makes the Gymstick Aqua particularly suitable for performing a complete workout in the water.
