The Gymstick Original can be ordered with different resistances. It is possible to order loose resistance bands, to vary with different levels. All resistances start at the same weight. The difference lies in the way the band can be stretched. When using a resistance that is too heavy, the exercises cannot be performed in a right way. The Gymstick can’t be stretched out enough.
The Gymstick Original is available with the following resistances:
- Light 1-10 kg (green) This resistance is suitable for rehabilitation exercises and for use by elderly people.
- Medium 1-15 kg (blue) This resistance is suitable for junior athletes and untrained women
- Heavy 1-20 kg (black) This resistance is suitable for trained women and untrained men.
- Very heavy 1-25 kg (silver) This resistance is suitable for trained men and athletes.
- Super heavy 1-30 kg (gold) This resistance is suitable for highly trained men and athletes.
The Gymstick Original is made of fiberglass and has a length of 1,30 meter. The different resistance bands are easy to attach.
