The Aircast Thigh Cryo/Cuff is easy to use and gives relief when a swelling appears due to surgery or an injury. The packing has a joint at the bottom with which it can be connected to the Aircast Cryo/Cuff IC Cooler. This device circulates cold water through the packing.
The cold water cools down the swelling and will built up pressure at the same time. A treatment with the Aircast Thigh Cryo/Cuff reduces the swelling and alleviates the symptoms. The patient gets more freedom of movement and a chance to a sooner recovery.
The Aircast Thigh Cryo/Cuff can be ordered in two different sizes: L (43-58 cm) and XL (51-69 cm). The right size can be determined by measuring the outline of the thigh. The Aircast Thigh Cryo/Cuff can only be used in combination with the Aircast Cryo/Cuff IC Cooler.
