The Blackroll Mini Flow is a foamroller and is the successor of the Blackroll Mini, a self-massage tool to reduce muscle tension and at the same time stimulate blood circulation. The Blackroll Mini has been further developed which has led to the arrival of the Blackroll Mini Flow.
The structure of the Blackroll Mini Flow surface provides a combination of smooth rolling and at the same time active stimulation. This means that the Mini Flow cannot only be used for muscle recovery, but also for targeted stimulation of individual muscle groups and other parts of the body.
The compact size of the Blackroll Mini Flow makes the foamroller easy to carry and also suitable for massaging smaller parts of the body. With the Blackroll Mini Flow, it is therefore possible to perform targeted massages for the arms, lower legs and soles of the feet, among other things. This can be done on different surfaces such as on the table, on the floor or against the wall.
