Programs

Sport:

  • Active recuperation. Promote and speed up recovery after a heavy effort.
  • Explosive strength. Obtain a certain degree of explosiveness, a key factor for performance in certain sports.

  • Hypertrophy/Body building. Increased muscle volume.

  • Regeneration. Replacing or optimizing of the regeneration training the day after the effort.
  • Stretching. Improving the usual effects of stretching.

Fitness:
