Flowin is a new training concept, which has not existed so far. It is the use of the friction between a smooth base plate and pads for hands, knees and feet . With the help of Flowin Sport, you can perform functional movements to raise your stability, mobility, strength, and speed. You can even determine the resistance by using hard pressure or light pressure.
