The Hyper Vest Pro Booster Pack is used to create more resistance. When the vest is heavier, it takes more effort to move. The extra resistance makes it possible to get better training results.
The Booster Pack offers a total of 2,3 kg (5 lbs) extra weight. The package consists of little rectangular plates made of zinc that are easy to place into the different compartments of the vest. The handy closure of the compartments makes sure the plates stay where they are during training.
Each compartment can carry a maximum of two plates. When placing the plates in different compartments, the weight is equally divided over the upper body. The Booster Pack contains 36 different plates.
