General information

Oxygen saturation meters are used against lung complaints (COPD and asthma) to measure the amount of oxygen in the blood (SpO2). The Onyx Vantage 9590 of Nonin is used on the fingers (also for babys and dark skin), thumbs and toes, strong and durable, protected against splashing water, batteries can make up to 6.000 spot measures or hold a continuous use of 36 hours.

This oxgen saturation meter (pulsoximeter) is manufactured in the Unites States and is lead and latexfree. For lung patients that have a too low oxygen content in their blood during training, the Onyx Vantage 9590 can signalize a lower limit.

Besides measuring the oxygen content (SpO2) in the blood, the Onyx Vantage 9590 oxygen saturation meter also measures the heart rate.

Even for humans with a low perfusion ratio (gaseous exchange in the lungs) and for patients who move during measurement, this Nonin Onyx Vantage 9590 can give a clear analysis of the oxygen content in the blood (SpO2).
