The Pure2Improve Shoe Weights close with Velcro closures. The weight is mainly on top of the foot. On the bottom of the shoe, the Shoe Weights have a heavy duty rubber strap. There also goes a strap behind the ankle, for extra support.
The Pure2Improve Shoe Weights can be worn during different kinds of exercises. Because of the extra weight on the feet the exercises become even more intense. The Shoe Weights go completely over de shoe, which makes them comfortable to wear.
