The Stroops Beast Battle Rope fights back against every movement and demands muscle contractions throughout the entire body. This allows for more possibilities to perform a full body workout with the Stroops Beast Battle Rope.
The Stroops Beast Battle Ropes can be attached to an object as low as possible or a trainings partner can hold it. The user then can begin the training with the Beast rope. Traditional rope exercises can be done such as slams, waves, and Chinese jump rope but also:

•  Rotary movement training that focusses on the core muscles
•  Lateral movement training that strengthens the stability
•  Reverse movement training that strengthens the legs and increases the stamina

The Stroops Beast Battle Rope has the following levels of resistance:

• 21 kg
• 35 kg
• 48 kg
• 68 kg 

The Stroops Beast Battle Rope is 6 meters long and can be attached to another Stroops Beast Battle Rope. This will double the resistance and increase the intensity of the exercises with the Beast Battle Rope.
