The Slastix Clip that comes with the Stroops Explosive First Step has a length of 1,83 meters. It can built up resistance up to 70 kilograms. It can easily be secured tot the Power Pull band. This band can be altered to the right size at the front site. It has a padding for extra comfort. It is specially designed to work well with a lot of power thrown at it.
The other end of the Slastix Clip can be secured onto the anchor. This anchor can be hold by a coach, but can also be fastened to a rail on the wall. The length of this Slastix Clip makes it possible to practice a good sprint without being held back.
