The Slastix Clips will be connected to the biceps cuffs. This builds up resistance when the athlete is making arm and shoulder movements. The Slastix Clips have a length of 1,22 meters. The coach holds them tight and can be using the Swivel belt to do so.
The athlete can bring his whole body in motion, which makes the movement of the arms and shoulders even stronger. The Slastix Clips build up resistance on these movements and you will get a very spirited workout in breaking the resistance.
The biceps cuffs that come with the Stroops Shoulder Surge will be put around the upper arms with the help of Velcro. They cuffs do have rings to which the Slastix Clips can be connected. The other end of the Slastix Clips will be connected to the Swivel belt.
