The Stroops X-Harness has a simple design that can be used in many different ways. It is equipped with four D-rings to which a Slastix Clip can be attached. The four end of the X-Harness are exactly the same length, like the letter ‘X’, so the touch point is in the middle of the harness. This can be placed on the chest, with four Slastix Clips going to the back over and under the shoulders, or it can be placed on the back, with the Slastix Clips going to the front.
The Stroops X-Harness can be used for different exercises, like training resisted pulls in different ways, sprints and backpaddles. Besides the way the harness can be worn, there can also be variation in the exercises by choosing different types of Slastix Clips. Those Slastix Clips can determine the heaviness of the resistance and the difficulty of the exercise.
