TRX Resistance Cord

With the TRX Resistance Cord a training can be more challenging. The resistance cord can be used, among other things, to make physical and strength exercises heavier. The TRX Resistance Cord is used for exercises with the TRX Rip Trainer.

The TRX Resistance Cord is available in various resistance levels:

  • Light: light is the lightest resistance cord from TRX. Novice young athletes or seniors can best use this variant. In this way, training with the TRX Rip Trainer can be built step by step.
  • Medium: the TRX Resistance Cord medium has a usual resistance (9 kg). This cord is meant for people who start training and want to build a good foundation.
  • Heavy: the resistance rope heavy provides 12 kg resistance. It is recommended to use by athletes who want higher difficulty and intensity in their training. Suitable for people weighing more than 80 kg.
  • X Heavy: the TRX Resistance Cord extra heavy is intended for people who are very active in sports, in good shape and are familiar with TRX Rip Training. The cord has a resistance of 17 kg and can be used by people weighing more than 90 kg.
  • XX Heavy: with a 22 kg resistance, the XX Heavy Resistance Cord provides a strenuous workout. The XX Heavy Resistance Cord is suitable for people who exercise very intensively and are in good physical condition. The cord provides a great challenge during training and balance, stability and strength are optimally triggered.
