The Wreck Strap can be used to create more possibilities when working with the Wreck Bag. When attaching the strap to the Wreck Bag, the bag will get more handles and can be used in more ways. It is also possible to loop the Wreck Strap trough the handles of the Wreck Bag and toss it over a pull-up bar or rig. The weight of the Wreck Bag is than hanging on the strap and can be lifted. This is a whole different exercise, but also very effective!
Besides the use in combination with the Wreck Bag, the Wreck Strap can also be used on its own for suspension training. For this, the strap is looped around a bar or anchor and is ready to use.
