Personal information

In principal, you have no (legal) obligation to share your personal information with us. Do you want to use our services? Than we need to know the requested data. You are obliged to fill in part of this data, otherwise we will not be able to deliver our service properly.

We will process various data from you. Which data this is, depends on the service that you use and what information you provide us with. We will only collect data that you enter yourself or that we receive via cookies.

If you contact us, we can store your contact details. This can be general contact details, like your phone number or e-mail address and your name. We will use this information to contact you.

Creating an account

You have the possibility to create an account, however, this is not an obligation. When you place an order at PhysioSupplies, your personal details will always be stored, regardless if you have an account or not. To create an account and make sure that delivery and billing will go right, you will have to leave us the following information:

  • First and last name;
  • E-mail address;
  • VAT number if you are a business buyer;
  • Address details;
  • Phone number;
  • Fax number.

When you have created an account, you will be able to manage your profile and preferences yourself.

Placing an order

With your account, you will be able to place orders, see your current and previous orders and keep track of your order status. This is also a place where you can share your details with us. This can be your:

  • First and Last name;
  • Phone number;
  • E-mail address;
  • Fax number;
  • Address details;
  • Desired payment method.

Newsletter

If you would like to be kept informed of our offers, services and products, you can sign up for our newsletter. This can be done by leaving your e-mail address at our homepage or when creating your account. When you signed up, you will receive a confirmation email. After confirmation, your e-mail address will be added to our mailing list.

You can always unsubscribe for the newsletter. This can be done by using the link at the bottom of every email or by changing your preferences in your account.

Solvency check

When you would like to pay for a lease-construction, we will perform a solvency check. This has to show if you are solvable, to protect us from fraud and any future payment arrears. will use a bureau that performs this check for us. In this case, we will only provide this bureau with your company name.

Cookies

We will place cookies or comparable techniques to make our website function properly. We will remember that you have placed a product in your cart and you will not have to enter all your details every time you visit our website. Besides that, we will analyse your clicking behaviour on our website to optimise our website and services. Via cookies of third parties, we can keep track of your surfing habits and will be able to show you personalised advertisements. Special personal data

We do not process special personal data, such as data relating to political opinions, religious beliefs or health. We can, however, collect sensitive data, namely data about your solvability. Of course, we will only do this if it has been agreed.

Foundations

PhysioSupplies will only process your personal data when it is needed to prepare or execute the agreement, on the basis of our statutory duty, if we have received permission for this and also when we have a legitimate interest for it (such as marketing).

Storage period

PhysioSupplies will store your personal data no longer than needed to raise the goals that your data is collected for in the first place. General contact details will be removed after the contact has taken place. Of course we will keep your data as long as you are a client with us. After cancellation of your account, your data will be removed, with the exception of the data which are necessary for us to comply with our legal obligations (such as towards the tax authorities). If you unsubscribed from our newsletter, you will be removed from the mailing list immediately.

Sharing data

PhysioSupplies will only share your personal details with different parties that support her in the execution of the agreement that she has with you and to comply with any legal obligations. With companies that process your data in our order, we will conclude a processor agreement that complies with the applicable data protection legislation. PhysioSupplies finds the security of your data very important. For this reason, she will take care of appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that your data will not get lost or that a third party has access to it. Some of these measures are stated below:

Your rights

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You are also entitled to data portability in some cases. This means that you can submit a request to us to electronically send the personal data that we hold to you or another organisation mentioned by you.

If you have given permission for the processing of your personal data for a certain purpose, you can withdraw this consent at any time in the same way that you have given your consent. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your withdrawal.

You can submit a request for insight, correction, removal or portability of your personal data or objection on the processing of your personal data to info@physiosupplies.eu. Please name as subject: “Personal Details”.

We will check if the request is made by you. For that reason, we will ask you to send a copy of your ID certificate with the request. Please take note of your privacy in this. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers on the ID certificate), document number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

When you have complaints about our data processing, please contact us as soon as possible. Of course we hope to come out together here. We would like to point out that you also have the opportunity to fila a complaint with the privacy watchdog, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
