Massaging muscles

Foam rollers for Massage

Rolling a Foam roller over sensitive muscles creates pressure onto muscle tissue. This loosens the muscles, reducing pain and stiffness. Foam rollers are frequently used by athletes post-training, and by physiotherapists for purposes of treatment and/or exercise.

Massage balls

Massage balls are perfect tolls for directly targeting smaller areas of the body. They can be used where Foam Rollers cannot easily reach. The design of a massage ball provides the sensation of an actual hands-on massage.

Easy massage sticks

As with foam rollers and massage balls, massage sticks are also designed to provide rolling movements over the allocated body part in order to relax muscles. These rolling movements improve blood circulation, increase flexibility and reduce muscular pain.
