FASCIQ Massage Gun Deluxe (mini)

The FASCIQ Massage gun Deluxe (mini) is the powerhouse among massage devices. Small in size but very powerful. Because of its size and weight of only 500 grams, the gun fits comfortably in your hand and is easy to carry. Via a touch button, the strength can be adjusted in 4 different modes. With the included heads you can knead, vibrate as well as beat.

With a massage gun you mimic a Deep Tissue massage. With tapping and vibrating movements you apply pressure to the tissue. For sensitive points, a slow build-up of force and speed is recommended. Using a massage gun has the same positive effect as using foam roller, however, is even more effective due to the higher speed and pressure. Treating poorly perfused tissue is also perceived as less painful.

With the massage gun, you can slowly build up the force by first starting with slow tapping or vibrating movements, then building up the massage.
