The IntoPhysio Profiler has a total package (device, online platform) that helps physical therapists to address the cause of back and neck pain in an efficient way.
The hardware device is portable and measures with 3 accelerometers the activities of one person, the attitude and movements of the lumbar, thoracic, scapulothoracic or cervicothoracic region. With the results, the test person can get a sight of his own motorized controland the therapist can give personal advice for a heathier use of the back and neck.
Via a wireless connection with the online platform, results can be show directly on the screen while measuring. The physical therapist can judge the effect of a new working attitude or some helps he would like to use. The person testing can train independently on the new attitude or motorial control.
The Profiler can be adjusted to give vibrations during certain attitudes and movements. Persons can do functional exercises in daily life and with the right feedback immediately improve their behaviour.
The Profiler is after scientific research described as a valid and reliable measuring device.
