Kamagon Ball 20 liter

The Kamagon Ball is unique in terms of stability training. The Kamagon Ball can be filled up to 20 liters with water, and makes use of hydro-Inertia Technology (the use of water for the creation of an unstable resistance) for the training with instability. The diameter of the ball is 35,65 cm.

Most of the current fitness products that use instability as the basis used to sit, stand or lie down, doing work instability from the bottom on the body.

The Kamagon Ball is unique because the ball itself is the point of instability. This allows the instability from the bottom, but also from the top to the body. The water in the Kamagon Ball ensures that the user must recruit to control movements and to perform exercises.  

The Kamagon Ball is the ideal product to improve functional fitness. Explosive strength, balance, stability, speed, agility, neuromuscular coordination and proprioception.

The handles on both sides of the ball provide more grip and provide additional opportunities for exercises. This, the same exercises are performed as a kettlebell or medicine ball. Through the use of hydro-inertia more muscle fibers are recruited and the training effect is many times greater compared with for example a kettlebell workout.

Tip: For optimum resistance, it is advisable to not completely fill the Kamagon ball with water but still leave a little air.
