The Pure2Improve Agility Ladder is attached to the ground with the supplied pegs. These four pegs are stuck trough the rings at both ends of the ladder. Every corner has a ring for that. The ladder has 11 rungs that can be shoved over the entire length of the ladder. This opens different squares that can be trained with.
The athlete can move sideways over the ladder, but it is also suitable for exercises where the athlete moves to the front of the back. This makes the Pure2Improve Agility Ladder a very versatile help when training.
