RAD Rounds

Both RAD Rounds are made of top-grade silicone. The small blue RAD Round has a stiffer build while the large green RAD Round is slightly softer to accommodate a range of uses. The RAD Rounds can be heated or cooled for more versatile use. For a warm, relaxing experience, simply soak in hot water for five to ten minutes. Or for a cold, refreshing sensation, soak in ice water, freeze or refrigerate.

The difference between RAD Rounds and other massage balls is the material and the sizes. The RAD balls are made of silicone and thus can have contact with hot water or ice. Further, the RAD Rounds are smaller than, for example, Blackroll Balls or the Trigger Point Balls, and are suitable for more precise massaging tecniques and targeting smaller muscles. The RAD Rounds are small and compact so you can hit the small, stubborn spots that other bulky tools just brush over.

Large Green RAD Round Features:

The large round offers next-level precision beyond the RAD Roller by taking things down to a single sphere. It’s smaller and a bit softer than the Original RAD Roller and works like a charm on hamstrings, hips and calves (sit on it), neck and shoulders (lay on it) and flushing the muscles in the feet (roll on it).

Small Blue RAD Round Features:

The small round is like a little blue bullet of concentrated release. Its tougher density takes no prisoners as it releases tight (and tiny) muscles throughout the hands, feet and face. Runners and high-heel wearers will love this little guy to point release aching feet.
