Stroops Tomahawk Sack

When you hold the cord in a short position, the Tomahawk Sack has a short swing and you will be able to use it as a kettlebell. For other swing and turn moves you can simply lengthen the cord to make the movement bigger. You can do swings and turns with one or two hands and even do slams.
